Hello 2012. New year celebration was a blast, much much better than the previous years, and i can't believe that we've been doing the same shit for consecutively FIVE years. Great thanks to lee kwangyueh for hosting, but not so thankful for booking our return flight at 16 march instead of 16 january so we all have to pay extra 50 bucks each for flight changes.
Just took a glance at the my posts from last year, nothing significant happened in 2011, national service remains senseless to me, a complete waste of 2 years of youthhood when we're in our prime, though i'm glad that it's over, ORD isn't really much of a big deal. Family, friends, they have always been there, but love has always been so farfetched. If there's one thing i'll look back at for 2011, it's probably my grandpa's death. I must admit that i haven't been really that close to him, so as much as i want to remember, i can feel that he's gradually fading to the back of my mind.
Other than getting my driving license, i realized that 2011 is pretty much the same as 2010, with much lesser tears, and i haven't been extremely happy or sad, so i would say 2011 was rather smooth. Haven't made my resolutions this year, but guess i'll take away one that i've always made for the past years this time round, no vulgarities is really hard hahaha.
Well anyway happy new year everyone! May 2012 be a blast to all you up there (:
